Introduction
The IS200SRTDH2ACB is a dedicated RTD terminal board designed for the GE Vernova Speedtronic Mark VI gas/steam turbine control system.
It works cooperatively with the RTD input processing board inside the VME rack.
Core Functions
- Field wiring interface for RTD temperature sensors (PT100 platinum resistance thermometers). It receives temperature signals from turbine casing, bearing, exhaust, lube oil and other temperature measurement points.
- Provides terminal terminals, overvoltage protection and signal filtering for RTD circuits, isolating external field wiring from internal control circuit boards.
- Transmits temperature resistance signals to the corresponding RTD input module on the VME backplane for signal conversion and temperature calculation.
- Standardizes on-site wiring, facilitates equipment maintenance, sensor replacement and circuit fault troubleshooting.
Application Purpose
This terminal board is installed in the turbine control cabinet. It serves as the external signal wiring terminal unit for all RTD temperature measurement loops of GE heavy-duty gas turbines and steam turbines equipped with Mark VI control system.
Temperature data collected via this board is used for unit temperature monitoring, over-temperature alarm, temperature limiting control and safety protection interlock of the turbine unit.
