1.Main Functions

1. It is the internal main control board of PST-1 servo drive and serves as the control core of the servo power unit.
2. Receives motion commands transmitted via SERCOS bus from upper-level motion controllers (MAX-4 series).
3. Executes closed-loop calculation of current loop and speed loop, and generates signals to drive power modules.
4. Collects encoder feedback signals from servo motors to monitor motor position and speed in real time.
5. Integrates hardware fault detection, monitoring and reporting faults including overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and communication errors.
6. Manages drive status LED indicators and communication for service interface.

2. Applications

1. Spare part replacement for maintenance of ELAU PST-1 servo drives.
2. Mainly applied to machinery running on PacDrive M platform: high-speed packaging machines, pharmaceutical equipment, labeling machines, bag-making machines.
3. Maintenance spare parts for aging existing production lines. The successor platform is PacDrive3 servo system.
