  1. High-precision temperature detection Built-in PT100 platinum resistance sensing element with standard 3-wire measurement design, featuring high accuracy and low temperature drift. The measuring range covers -50°C to 450°C, suitable for measuring high and low-temperature process media.
  2. Integrated signal transmission conversion The probe and transmitter head are integrated as one assembly. It converts the resistance signal of the platinum RTD into industry-standard 4~20mA analog current signal, which can be transmitted to DCS and PLC systems over long distances with simple wiring.
  3. Explosion-proof safety housing The flameproof explosion-proof junction box complies with installation standards for hazardous explosive areas in chemical and oil & gas plants. It can operate safely in flammable and combustible gas environments. The housing provides dustproof and waterproof protection for outdoor and humid cabinet conditions.
  4. Standard industrial process connection The stainless steel probe is fitted with standard threaded process fittings for direct installation on pipes, storage tanks and equipment flanges, enabling easy disassembly and replacement. The stainless steel stem delivers excellent medium corrosion resistance.
  5. Built-in hardware self-diagnosis Onboard circuit self-test function outputs fault current in case of probe open circuit or short circuit, allowing the control system to quickly locate instrument faults for maintenance.
  6. Strong anti-interference performance Internal signal isolation and filter circuits suppress electromagnetic interference from on-site inverters and large motors, ensuring distortion-free signal transmission over long cable runs.
