- 8 galvanically‑isolated RTD/resistance channels. Supports Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, Ni‑series, Cu10 and other RTD sensors. Compatible with 2‑wire,3‑wire and 4‑wire wiring. 4‑wire wiring minimizes cable‑resistance error. Direct resistance measurement up to 600 Ω is also available.
- 16‑bit ADC resolution, module conversion time 50 ms. Measuring temperature range:‑200 ℃ ~ +850 ℃. Two channels per group; each group can be independently configured for different sensor types.
- Galvanic isolation between field side and PLC backplane bus (500 V DC isolation rating) for EMC noise immunity. 24 VDC supply with reverse‑polarity protection, typical power loss 4.6 W.
- Comprehensive diagnostics: wire‑break detection, over‑range monitoring, diagnostic interrupt to CPU. Hot‑swap supported with active backplane.
