  3. Galvanic isolation between field side and PLC backplane bus (500 V DC isolation rating) for EMC noise immunity. 24 VDC supply with reverse‑polarity protection, typical power loss 4.6 W.
  4. Comprehensive diagnostics: wire‑break detection, over‑range monitoring, diagnostic interrupt to CPU. Hot‑swap supported with active backplane.
