80363975‑150 (MC‑PDOY22) is an I/O digital output card for Honeywell Experion PKS C200 DCS control system. It is the revised hardware version of 80363975‑100, fully interchangeable for C200 platform. It is mounted in FTEB I/O rack and works with C200 controller for discrete output control.

This module is End‑of‑Life (EOL), original new manufacturing has been discontinued. Most available units on market are used pulled‑out or refurbished and tested spares.

Main Functions
- 32‑channel galvanically‑isolated digital output: receive logic commands from C200 controller, output 24VDC transistor discrete signals to drive field solenoid valves, relays and alarm devices.
- Galvanic isolation and per‑channel circuit protection between field side and system side, suppress industrial electromagnetic interference; provide over‑current and short‑circuit protection to prevent back‑damage to controller backplane caused by field faults.
- I/O‑Link bus communication with C200 controller: receive control orders and feed back channel status & diagnostic fault information to DCS operator station.
- On‑board self‑diagnosis: detect channel short‑circuit, overload, open‑circuit and module hardware failure. LED status indicators are equipped, fault alarms will be uploaded to DCS for fast troubleshooting.
- Hot‑swap supported: online replacement on I/O rack without interrupting other normal channels, reduce plant maintenance downtime risk.
- Conformal coated PCB for harsh cabinet environment with high humidity and dust.
