1. AC‑DC Multi‑rail Low‑Voltage Power Conversion Converts facility AC mains into regulated DC outputs including +3.3 V, +5 V, +12 V and other auxiliary voltages. It provides stable operating power for cinema controller board, fan controller board, ICMP media module, cooling fans, sensors, shutter drive and internal communication circuits. 2. Power‑good Signal & System Startup Sequencing Generates power‑good status signals. It implements controlled power‑on sequence for each internal circuit board to avoid hardware damage caused by disordered voltage rise during projector boot‑up. Stand‑by power remains available even when the projector is in sleep state for network remote wake‑up function.
3. Built‑in Multi‑layer Hardware Protection Integrates over‑current protection, over‑voltage protection, short‑circuit protection and over‑temperature protection. When fault conditions occur, it will shut down output rails automatically to prevent secondary damage to downstream circuit boards. Fault status signals are sent to the fan controller board and main cinema controller board for alarm logging.
4. Voltage Status Feedback & Diagnostics Continuously monitors its own output voltage rails. It reports power‑supply health status via internal backplane bus. Operating status and fault codes can be read with Barco Communicator service software for on‑site troubleshooting.
5. Hot‑swappable Plug‑in Structure Installed in the projector power compartment as a drawer‑type module. It can be replaced during maintenance procedures following official service steps. It is equipped with built‑in cooling fan for self‑dissipation to adapt long‑time continuous running inside cinema projection booths.
