1. Integrated system CPU & power supply unit: Embedded main processor together with DC‑DC power conversion circuit. It accepts 24 VDC system input, generates multi‑regulated internal power rails for all other rack‑mounted modules (SCM, IOM etc.) inside DM‑4 chassis.

1. Multi‑port field‑bus communication hub: Equipped with 3 independent CAN‑bus channels, 1×RS485, DM‑4 LAN backplane bus and USB service port. It handles inter‑module communication inside rack, external device connection, local service configuration and debugging.

System logic & data processing: Executes core power‑management application logic, processes measurement data from SCM synchronizing‑measurement modules, distributes control commands to IOM input‑output modules. 1. Backplane bus routing: Communicates with other functional modules over internal rack backplane; implements address mapping, data exchange and module status monitoring for the whole DM‑4 rack.
2. Diagnostic & health supervision: Monitors internal power rail status, module temperature and communication link health. Reports faults and alarm events to display unit DU‑2 or remote control panels (AOP‑1/AOP‑2). USB service port supports firmware upgrade, parameter configuration and data log export for troubleshooting.
3. System safety management: Supports watchdog reset function; coordinates system‑level protection interlock actions when generator or grid abnormal conditions occur.

1. Marine vessel power management: On‑board generator paralleling, load sharing, black‑out restart, mains‑generator change‑over control for cargo ships, offshore platforms and work vessels.
2. Land‑based industrial power plants: Multi‑generator paralleling control for backup power stations, data‑center standby gensets, distributed power facilities. Realizes automatic load distribution, peak‑shaving and generator sequence management.
3. Complete DM‑4 rack core component: Works cooperatively with SCM4.X synchronizing‑measurement modules and IOM4.X I/O modules to build full‑function power control system. Without PCM4.1, the DM‑4 rack cannot run.
4. Spare‑part replacement & system maintenance: 1044230010J is OEM spare part for legacy Delomatic‑4 installations. Used for field swap of failed main control board, extends service life of existing marine & industrial power management systems without full system redesign.
5. System commissioning & remote supervision: Provides service interface for on‑site parameter tuning, firmware update, and connects to upper monitoring system via CAN / RS485 bus.
