DEIF IOM230 CAN‑bus Analogue Output Interface Module

AVR excitation regulation output: Delivers analog control signals to Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), completes generator output voltage fine‑tuning.
Analog P/Q load‑sharing output: Unique feature of IOM230, provides active power (P) and reactive power (Q) analog load‑sharing signals for parallel gensets, supports analog‑mode load balancing among multiple generator sets besides CANshare digital load‑sharing of AGC242.
Signal configuration via DIP‑switches: On‑board DIP switches and potentiometers adjust output signal types (0‑20 mA, ±12 VDC etc.), signal range and offset calibration, adapt to different governor and AVR hardware specifications.
Module diagnosis & status feedback: Transmits module operating status, output channel fault and communication fault information back to AGC242; fault alarms can be displayed on controller HMI.
Industrial isolation & anti‑interference: Galvanic isolation between CAN‑bus control side and field analog output side, suppresses electromagnetic interference in marine and industrial power‑house environments.
Wide‑range power supply: Operates on 12 VDC / 24 VDC power supply, fits standard genset control cabinet power architecture。
