Introduction
1.Main Functions
- Isolated DC/DC Power Conversion It converts the 24 V DC field supply into stabilized 5 V DC power for H41q / H51q safety controller rack, CPU boards and I/O modules. Galvanic isolation is implemented between input side and output side to prevent interference and fault cross-coupling between field power and safety logic circuit.

- Adjustable Output Voltage A precision potentiometer on front panel supports stepless fine tuning of output voltage within 5 V DC ±0.5 V. A test socket on front plate is reserved for onsite voltage measurement. For redundant parallel configuration, the voltage difference between two F7126 modules must be kept ≤0.025 V to avoid unbalanced load sharing.
- Integrated Multi-layer Protection Circuit
- Slow-blow primary fuse (6.3 A) for input overcurrent protection
- Output current limiting (approx.13 A) and short-circuit proof design
- Overvoltage protection with threshold at 6.5 V ±0.5 V, cuts off output once triggered These protections prevent power module damage and avoid unsafe voltage/current from damaging the safety controller backplane.
- Redundant Parallel Operation Support The module is designed for redundant power architecture in SIS racks. Two or more F7126 can work in parallel to provide fault-tolerant power supply. If one power module fails, the remaining healthy module can continuously supply power for the whole safety system without system shutdown.
- High Immunity against Electromagnetic Interference It meets VDE 0871/0877 Interference Limit Class B. Built-in filtering circuit suppresses voltage ripple and noise from 24V DC input, ensuring clean, stable power for safety logic boards under heavy industrial EMI environment. Typical full-load efficiency ≥77%.
- Continuous Internal Diagnostics The module monitors its own operating status continuously. Abnormal voltage, overcurrent or internal hardware faults will be detected, protecting the safety instrumented system against invalid power supply which may cause false trip or fail-to-danger failure.
