1. Speed Reduction & Torque Amplification The multi-stage hardened helical gear set reduces the high rotational speed of the 4-pole motor and increases output torque. It converts high-speed low-torque motor power into low-speed high-torque rotary force for driven machinery. Helical gear design ensures smooth rotation, low noise and high transmission efficiency (typically >95%).
2. Electromagnetic Brake Holding & Emergency Stopping Built-in BE05 spring-applied electromagnetic brake. When power cuts off, the brake engages automatically to lock the output shaft, preventing load drifting or free falling. When the motor is energized, the brake coil releases and allows rotation. It provides static holding torque and controlled dynamic stopping for positioning safety. Manual brake release lever can be operated on site for maintenance.
3. Inverter Compatible Operation (HF Winding) HF designated winding is reinforced for VFD control. It withstands high dv/dt voltage spikes from frequency converters, enables continuous variable speed regulation over a wide speed range. The motor can work stably with VFD for soft start, speed trimming and energy saving.
4. Continuous Duty Operation & Thermal Protection Designed for S1 continuous running duty. Totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) construction. Optional thermal sensor winding protection monitors motor temperature to avoid burnout under overload conditions.
5. Robust Mechanical Load Transmission Cast iron gear housing, precision ground hardened helical gears and heavy-duty rolling bearings deliver long service life with high shock load resistance. Oil bath lubrication provides reliable lubrication for continuous operation in general industrial environments.
6. Modular Configuration & Flexible Mounting R37 unit supports foot mounting or flange mounting. Compact monoblock integrated design saves installation space. Standard solid output shaft with keyway for coupling to conveyors, rollers or other driven equipment.

Core Purpose

This integrated helical gearmotor delivers stable low-speed high-torque rotary power for light to medium-duty industrial machinery. The integrated brake provides safe stop and position retention; HF winding allows variable-speed control via inverter. It combines motor, reducer and brake in one compact assembly to simplify machine design and installation.
