Introduction
Main Functions
- Vertical Bus Communication Driving It establishes and manages high-speed data communication between all modules plugged into the same FSC vertical rack, including CPU modules, analog/digital I/O modules, and other functional modules. It supports a communication speed up to 2 Mbaud and transmits safety logic data, field I/O status, diagnostic information across rack backplane.
- Signal Buffering & Electrical Isolation The module buffers bus signals and provides electrical isolation to suppress industrial electromagnetic interference, preventing noise from disrupting safety bus transmission and avoiding cross-interference between different rack modules.
- Bus Diagnostics & Fault Reporting It continuously monitors vertical bus communication quality, signal integrity and bus hardware status. When bus errors, signal loss or communication faults are detected, it generates fault diagnostics and sends alarm information to the FSC CPU for safety system judgement.
- Redundant Bus Support It cooperates with FSC QMR redundant architecture to support fault-tolerant vertical bus operation. In case of single-point bus component failure, it helps maintain continuous safety system communication without immediate safety trip.More products: www.plcva.com
