  1. Command signal reception & conditioning Accept standard analog setpoint signals: ±10 V voltage or 4–20 mA current from PLC or motion controller; filter noise and convert signal level.
  2. Closed-loop error calculation (P / PI / PID control) Compare the command signal with feedback signal (LVDT spool position feedback, cylinder position / pressure / force feedback). Compute error and run proportional-integral control algorithm to generate drive signal.
  3. Power current driving for servo valve coil Convert low-level control voltage into high-precision driving current to energize the torque motor / linear force motor inside servo valve, to shift the spool position.
  4. LVDT signal demodulation For EFB (Electrical Feedback) servo valves, the board excites and demodulates LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) signal to read real-time spool position.
  5. Dither signal generation Produce adjustable high-frequency dither signal superimposed on drive current, to reduce valve static friction and hysteresis, improve response linearity.
  6. Protection & diagnostic Integrate over-current protection, short-circuit protection, power supply reverse polarity protection; LED indicator for fault status, zero offset and gain adjustment via potentiometer or DIP switch.
