1. Real-time process visualization 7″ widescreen TFT display (800 × 480 resolution, 16 million colors). It shows live values, bar graphs, trend curves, motor status, valve status and equipment schematic screens.
2. Operator touch control On-screen touch buttons allow operators to start / stop equipment, adjust setpoints, input recipe parameters, trigger manual operations. Virtual on-screen numeric & alphanumeric keyboard is supported.
3. Multi-protocol communication with controllers Built-in PROFINET (Ethernet), MPI and PROFIBUS DP interfaces. Compatible with Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400 PLCs; also supports Modbus TCP and other third-party devices.
4. Alarm & event management Capture process faults and alarms with timestamp, store alarm logs, support alarm filtering, acknowledge and historical alarm query.
5. Recipe management Store multiple sets of production parameters. Users can quickly load or switch recipes for different product batches, save production data onto SD/USB storage.
6. Data logging & trend recording Record continuous process trends, store historical data, export records via USB flash drive.plcva.com
7. User access permission control Multi-level user accounts with password protection, restrict operation authority for different operators to prevent unauthorized operation.
8. Diagnostic & remote access System self-diagnosis for HMI hardware and communication status; support web server for remote view and simple diagnostics.
9. File upload/download USB port for project backup, program download and data export.
