Actuator control for chamber peripherals Outputs digital drive signals to control vacuum valves, solenoids, chamber lift mechanisms and gas interlock relays. It manages the sequential actions of chamber pumping, venting and wafer transfer.
Fault detection, alarm logging and status reporting Detects abnormal states such as vacuum leakage, interlock trip, sensor failure and communication timeout. It records fault events locally and sends alarm messages to tool HMI for diagnosis and process traceability.
System bus communication Communicates with the main equipment controller via dedicated internal bus. It synchronizes safety status and process sequence commands between host controller and chamber sub-systems.
