The RT-flex92 ICU assembly is the hydraulic actuating assembly for the Wärtsilä RT-flex92 electronically controlled common rail two-stroke engine, integrating high-speed solenoid valves, servo oil control valves, fuel metering pistons, fuel metering sensors, valve blocks, sealing components, and high-pressure fuel channels; it uses a high-strength alloy steel housing, which is resistant to high-pressure fuel, servo oil, and can withstand the high temperatures, vibrations, and low-sulfur fuel media in the engine room; it is installed on the side of the cylinder head and receives the electrical signals from the WECS9520 electronic control system, relying on servo oil as the power to control the common rail fuel injection; it is a hydraulic + electronic control integrated precision assembly and is the most core actuating component of the RT-flex electronically fuel-injected engine.
