The KT-PSTAR series is a programmable motor start control module developed by KTE in South Korea, based on a single-chip microcontroller. It is the core control unit in the MCC (Motor Control Center) cabinet of ships.
KTE KT-PSTAR-CSA/KT-PSTAR-CNA KT-PSTAR Programmable Starter Unit
Its functions include motor start sequence control, motor protection logic, pump group interlock, signal acquisition and output, and communication.
The application is for the control of auxiliary machinery motors in the ship’s engine room, such as seawater pumps, fresh water pumps, fuel pumps, cooling water pumps, and air compressor motors in the start cabinets.
