Introduction
Product Description: Dedicated analogue acquisition PCB for JRCS ESB engine room monitoring system, 24VDC power supply, plug-in backplane bus mounting. Marine three-proof PCB design with salt spray resistance, vibration resistance and wide temperature range, compliant with classification society certification. It acquires analogue sensor signals such as 4-20mA and 0-10V, equipped with signal conditioning circuits, channel status indicator LEDs and channel fault diagnostic loops, installed in the engine room alarm control cabinet.

Core Functions: Multi-channel analogue signal acquisition, conditioning and filtering; reception and range conversion of 4-20mA / voltage sensor signals; self-diagnosis and fault indication for channel open circuit and over-range faults; triggering of over-limit alarms for analogue parameters including temperature, pressure and liquid level.
