Product Overview

SK-G9-GDB1-D292, part number 347594-A01, is the power inverter driver board (power interface board) for Allen‑Bradley PowerFlex 700 AC drives. It is a core PCB assembly for Frame 7 frame size, 400–480V, 292A drive units.

Key Functions

Power Inversion & Driving Receives PWM signals from the main control board, triggers IGBT power modules, and converts DC bus voltage into variable-frequency, variable-voltage three-phase AC power to drive induction motors.
Signal Sampling & Feedback Continuously samples output current and voltage signals and feeds data back to the main control board to realize closed-loop current regulation and vector control.
Isolation & Amplification of Drive Signals Converts, optically isolates and amplifies pulse signals from the controller to ensure reliable switching of IGBTs. Galvanic isolation strengthens anti-interference performance between low-voltage control circuits and high-power circuits.
Hardware Protection Circuitry Integrates detection circuits for overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature. It immediately blocks drive pulses upon faults to protect power modules and motors.
Internal Signal Interconnection Enables electrical communication between the main control board, rectifier unit and cooling fans for coordinated operation of the whole drive.

Typical Applications

Designed for high-power PowerFlex 700 AC drives (Frame 7). Widely deployed in heavy-duty motor speed control systems including metallurgy, crane equipment, cement industry, water treatment, material conveyors and paper-making lines. It is mainly supplied as a spare replacement part for maintenance. When the original drive board fails, this unit can be replaced directly to restore the motor control system.

Note: Also known as driver board, power interface board or inverter PCB. Original factory spare parts are gradually phased out and mostly used for equipment overhaul projects.
