Product Overview

Y-3023-2-H00AA (Part No. P321SPR0030MT) is an Allen‑Bradley brushless servo motor. It serves as the actuator for legacy Allen‑Bradley servo systems and is mainly used as spare replacement component for aging automation equipment.

Key Functions

1. High-precision Motion Actuation As the power actuator of servo control systems, it converts electrical energy into mechanical torque to achieve precise position, speed and torque control.
2. Closed-loop Position Feedback Built-in encoder feeds rotor position and speed signals back to the servo drive in real time to build closed-loop control and minimize positioning and speed errors.
3. Fast Dynamic Response Adopting brushless structure, the motor features sensitive start-stop and excellent acceleration/deceleration capability to rapidly follow motion commands from the master controller.
4. Steady Continuous Torque Output Capable of constant torque output for continuous operation and intermittent load conditions with low vibration and low noise during operation.
5. Support for Multiple Motion Modes Compatible with point-to-point positioning, synchronous tracking, continuous speed regulation and other motion modes to satisfy complex motion requirements of automated machinery.

Typical Applications

Matched with legacy Rockwell servo drives. Widely applied in packaging machinery, machine tools, material handling, printing equipment, auxiliary robot mechanisms and textile machinery for feed positioning, rotary indexing, material transfer and tension control. Currently it is primarily supplied as spare parts for maintenance of existing old production lines.

Note: This is a legacy servo motor model. Original new units are gradually discontinued. Available stock mostly consists of used and refurbished units.
