The IS200WEMAH1ACA is a main printed circuit board developed by GE Vernova for the Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control platform. The IS210BPPBH2CAA is a matching processor daughter board plugged onto the main board, and the two boards operate as a complete set.

Core Functions

1. Serve as core data processing and communication unit inside the Mark VI VME control rack; support simplex, dual redundant and TMR (Triple Modular Redundant) architecture for gas & steam turbine protection & regulation.
2. The IS210BPPBH2CAA daughter board executes turbine control logic algorithms, processing real-time signals including rotor speed, exhaust temperature, vibration, pressure and valve position feedback.
3. Implement closed-loop control: turbine speed governing, fuel flow regulation, exhaust temperature limit control, anti-surge control, unit startup & shutdown sequence control.
4. Process safety interlock and trip protection logic, execute emergency turbine trip commands when abnormal operating conditions are detected.
5. Provide Ethernet communication interfaces to exchange data with HMI, historian, and remote monitoring systems; communicate with peripheral I/O boards via rack backplane bus.
6. Support built-in hardware self-diagnosis, fault alarm and sequence-of-event (SOE) millisecond-level event recording.

Application Purpose

This combined board assembly is exclusively applied to GE heavy-duty gas turbines (7FA, 9FA series) and steam turbines equipped with Mark VI Speedtronic control system.

Installed inside the turbine control cabinet VME rack, it acts as one of the main control processors, responsible for full-range monitoring, automatic regulation and safety protection of the turbine unit during startup, load operation and shutdown. It is a critical safety-related spare part for power generation plants.
