Function Analysis

The IS200AEPCH1BAA is a core circuit board for the pitch control subsystem of GE Mark VI / Mark VIe gas turbine control systems. It collects operating parameters related to unit energy and outputs control commands to adjust blade pitch angle.

It performs acquisition and conditioning of analog and digital field signals including speed feedback, power feedback, temperature and pressure signals, and conducts signal filtering, isolation and conversion before transmitting data to the Mark VIe main CPU.

This module sends control commands to hydraulic or electric pitch actuators to dynamically adjust blade angles, stabilize unit power output, control loads and realize energy balance regulation.

It implements real-time fault diagnosis and status monitoring. It detects circuit disconnection, signal overrange and hardware faults, sends alarms to the control system, and participates in unit protection logic to trigger pitch protection actions under abnormal conditions.

Designed for GE Mark VIe distributed control architecture, the module usually operates in redundant configuration with series boards to ensure continuous operation of gas turbine or wind turbine control systems.
