1. Multi‑source signal acquisition: Receives signals from external sensors including dissolved fault gas in oil, moisture‑in‑oil, top / bottom oil temperature, load current, cooling system status and tap‑changer status. It accepts 4‑20 mA, PT100 RTD and AC current inputs.
2. Embedded standard transformer model calculation: Executes on‑line calculation of winding hot‑spot temperature, apparent power, moisture content in paper insulation and insulation aging acceleration factor via IEC / IEEE‑compliant mathematical models, converting raw measurements into transformer health indicators.

1. Dissolved Gas‑in‑Oil (DGA) monitoring: Works with Hydran gas sensors to continuously measure fault characteristic gases such as hydrogen. Detects incipient faults including partial discharge, winding overheating and insulation degradation, and outputs gas trending curves.
2. Threshold‑based fault alarming: Triggers local alarms when parameters exceed limits or abnormalities occur. Stores event logs, alarm records and historical trending data for post‑fault review and analysis.
3. Multi‑protocol communication: Equipped with Ethernet and RS‑485 interfaces, supports Modbus protocol. Uploads measurement data and diagnostic assessment results to substation SCADA and asset‑management back‑end systems for remote monitoring and diagnosis.
4. Unit self‑diagnosis: Monitors internal host status, external sensors, power supply and communication links. Reports device‑level faults for convenient on‑site maintenance and troubleshooting.
