Function:

It is an electromagnetic flow transmitter of ABB FET3251 series, matched with electromagnetic flow sensor to form a complete electromagnetic flowmeter. The transmitter acquires induced signals from the sensor and performs calculation processing to output standardized flow signals. It supports empty pipe detection, circuit self-diagnosis and flow totalization, with optional HART communication. It is used for continuous volumetric flow measurement of conductive liquids, immune to fluctuations of medium temperature, pressure and viscosity, and delivers flow measurement data to DCS and PLC systems.

Application Scenarios:

Widely applied in municipal water supply & drainage, wastewater treatment, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy, thermal power plants, mines and other sectors. It is used for flow monitoring, material metering and closed-loop process control of process water, sewage, corrosive chemicals and slurry in pipelines. It can be individually replaced as a spare part of a complete flowmeter set.
