Main Functions
- Signal transfer and terminal extension. It serves as an external wiring interface board for the servo drive control unit, leading out various signals of the internal servo loop of the controller to external terminals to facilitate field wiring, connection and commissioning.
- Transfer servo-related digital input and output signals, limit switch signals, enable signals, fault alarm signals and command pulse signals for servo motors.
- Electrical interface matching and signal conditioning. It realizes signal transfer between the main control board and external on-site sensors, relays and actuators.
- Acquisition and feedback of servo drive operating status and fault signals to the main control system.
Application & Usage
This board is a matching component of GE Mark VI / Mark VIe gas turbine and steam turbine control systems. It is installed inside the control cabinet of turbine control systems, acting as the servo control interface for servo actuators of fuel valves, inlet guide vanes and control valves of gas turbines and steam turbines in power plants. It provides external I/O wiring interfaces between servo valve actuators and main control cards for power generation gas turbine and steam turbine units.
