Introduction
Main Functions
This is a 6U single-slot VMEbus 32-channel 12-bit analog output board. It converts digital signals from the controller into analog voltage signals. Each channel is equipped with an independent DAC chip. Multiple unipolar and bipolar voltage ranges can be configured via software. It supports synchronous channel update, automatic gain & offset calibration, system self-test and channel fault diagnosis. Offline channel testing and output short-circuit protection are available. It communicates with the main processor through the VME backplane to provide stable continuous analog control signals.
Application
It is primarily deployed in GE Mark VI gas turbine and steam turbine VME control systems for power plants to deliver analog control signals to servo control valves and fuel actuators. It is also applicable to embedded industrial control and simulation test systems based on VMEbus architecture.
