1. Serves as an on-site operator terminal for process graphic visualization and real-time process data monitoring.
2. Enables operators to send control commands, start/stop pumps & valves, adjust loop parameters and setpoints.
3. Built-in functions: alarm management, historical trends, event logging, recipe handling, multi-level user access & audit trail.
4. Communicates with AC800M controllers via Ethernet; dual Ethernet ports improve communication reliability. Equipped with RS485 and USB ports for connecting third-party instruments and drives.
5. Project configuration, download and online debugging are performed via Panel Builder 800 software.
6. IP66 rated front panel, dustproof and waterproof for cabinet mounting; supports touch operation with gloves.
