1.Main Functions

1. It is a rack-mounted analog output module designed for Modicon AEG 800 PLC system.
2. It provides 4 analog output channels with standard industrial signal types: 4~20mA / 0~20mA.
3. It converts digital control commands calculated by PLC CPU into continuous analog signals.
4. Capable of driving field actuators such as regulating valves and variable frequency drives as well as signal indicators.
5. It supports channel fault diagnosis and exchanges data with PLC CPU via backplane bus.

2. Applications

1. Output continuous modulating signals for process control to adjust valve opening and motor speed.
2. Widely adopted on legacy production lines equipped with AEG Modicon 800 control systems in water treatment, power plants, oil & gas, chemical and metallurgical industries.
3. Used for maintenance and spare part replacement of existing automation equipment. This platform is rarely selected for new projects.
