2. Core Product Functions

1. Centralized Collection and Forwarding of Rack Bus Data Serving as the main interface of the 3500 rack backplane bus, it uniformly collects monitoring data, alarm status and fault codes from all functional cards inside the rack including 3500/40 vibration cards, 3500/50 keyphasor cards and 3500/53 overspeed cards, then packages and transmits data to external systems.
2. Multi-protocol Communication with Upper Control Systems It supports multiple standard industrial communication protocols to realize two-way data exchange with DCS, PLC, industrial host computers and SCADA systems. It uploads real-time operating data such as unit vibration, rotational speed, temperature and overspeed, and receives parameter configuration commands issued by upper systems.
3. Digital Alarm Input & Output (I/O Capability) Equipped with multiple passive relay contact outputs, it sends hard-wired contact signals to drive audible and visual alarms and auxiliary interlock loops when faults such as excessive vibration, overspeed or module failure occur. It also receives digital status signals from external equipment and transmits them to the rack for logical judgment.
4. Rack-wide Parameter Configuration and Storage All alarm thresholds, unit operating parameters and protection logic of every module in the rack are configured and downloaded through the 3500/20 module. Configuration parameters are stored locally and retained after power failure.
5. Centralized Diagnosis and Reporting of Rack Hardware Faults It continuously diagnoses faults of rack power supply, all internal function cards and sensor circuits, summarizes all diagnostic data and uploads them to upper monitoring screens to display the overall health status of the rack for convenient maintenance troubleshooting.
