1. Energy-saving Variable Speed Control with Square Torque Curve (Core Feature) Equipped with dedicated V/F curve for fans and pumps, matching square-law torque characteristics of fluid loads. It automatically reduces output voltage at low speed to cut power consumption by 20%~50% versus direct-on-line mains operation. Sleep & wakeup function is built-in: the drive shuts down automatically when flow demand is low and restarts once pressure recovers.
2. Comprehensive Motor Protection Integrated protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, electronic motor thermal overload, phase loss and ground faults. Accurate thermal overload protection prevents motor burnout caused by pump dry running or fan stalling via customized motor rating parameters.
3. Multi-channel Analog & Digital Signal Control Built-in multi-channel digital inputs (DI), relay digital outputs (DO), analog inputs (0~10V / 4~20mA) and analog outputs (AO). Direct connection to pressure transmitters, liquid level sensors and temperature probes for closed-loop automatic constant pressure/constant flow regulation.
4. Industrial Communication Networking Standard USS (RS485) communication onboard; PROFIBUS-DP module optional for connection to PLC and DCS central control systems. Supports remote start/stop, parameter editing, operating data collection and fault alarm upload. Optional PROFINET extension board for industrial Ethernet communication.

6. Soft Start & Water Hammer Suppression Smooth motor acceleration and deceleration eliminates inrush current from direct mains startup. It extends service life of pumps, pipelines, fans and valves, and avoids pipeline rupture caused by water hammer.
7. Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance Logging Automatically stores fault codes, historical operating current, voltage and temperature data. Local commissioning via external BOP/AOP operator panels; remote parameter upload/download and firmware upgrade via PC software.
8. Redundancy & Bypass Control Logic Built-in logic for duty/standby pump rotation with scheduled master-slave switchover. Automatic switch to backup unit upon failure to guarantee uninterrupted water supply or ventilation.
