  • Isolated standalone mode: Constant frequency control to maintain stable 50/60Hz grid frequency.
  • Multi-unit parallel mode: Synchronized control of both frequency and active power. Two built-in relays output speed adjustment signals to drive the engine governor via electronic potentiometers.
  1. Integrated Reverse Power Protection (Exclusive Feature of LSU-113DG) Detects reverse power flow from grid to generator. When reverse power exceeds the preset threshold (5% or 10% of rated power), the unit sends a circuit breaker trip signal after 5s/10s adjustable delay. It prevents generator motoring damage and destructive circulating current between parallel gensets.
  2. Low Power Unload & Trip Function Activates low-power alarm contact when unit load drops below 5% rated power. Coordinates with unload input to cut off genset output and shut down the unit, eliminating long-term inefficient light-load operation.
  3. Adjustable Power Derating Control Front-panel potentiometer sets derating range from 0~50% rated power. Automatically limits maximum genset output under high temperature or abnormal conditions to protect prime movers.
  4. Fail-Safe Disconnection on Circuit Faults If parallel communication wiring or auxiliary supply fails, the module automatically cuts off its own power/frequency control output to isolate the faulty unit without disrupting other parallel generators.
  5. LED Status Indication for Quick Troubleshooting Dedicated LED indicators for power supply, generator voltage, unload state, reverse power action, load sharing and derating status. Technicians can rapidly locate parallel or protection faults.
  6. Wide Adjustable Parameters for Universal Genset Compatibility Proportional band, minimum ON delay, frequency dead band and power dead band are fully adjustable via front knobs, compatible with all mainstream diesel and gas engine governor systems.
