1. IGBT Gate Drive Pulse Output Equipped with built-in pulse drive circuits, it outputs high-precision synchronous drive pulses to internal IGBT power devices of power units, accurately controlling the turn-on/turn-off timing of IGBTs and realizing PWM frequency modulation of three-phase electric energy. It serves as the core control carrier of high-voltage power units.
2. Internal Signal Acquisition & Feedback of Power Unit Real-time collection of DC bus voltage, output current, IGBT temperature and power module fault signals inside the unit. It transmits analog signals and fault digital signals to the main control system of the inverter to form closed-loop power regulation.

1. Unit-Level Fault Detection & Hardware Protection Integrated hardware protection circuits for overcurrent, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature and IGBT breakdown. Once abnormalities are detected, the drive pulses are immediately blocked to cut off power output, prevent power device burnout, and upload fault codes synchronously.
2. Multi-Bus Communication Data Exchange Supports H-Bus high-speed internal bus and Modbus RTU communication interfaces, enabling bidirectional data transmission between power units and the upper main control unit of the inverter, uploading operating parameters and downloading speed/torque control commands.
3. Voltage Equalization & Synchronous Timing Control High-voltage inverters consist of series-connected multiple power units. This board unifies synchronous carrier timing, balances the output voltage of each series unit, suppresses harmonics and reduces voltage unbalance to ensure stable high-voltage output waveforms.
4. High-Reliability Operation Under Wide Industrial Temperature Range Industrial wide-temperature circuit design, operating from -30℃ to +80℃ inside control cabinets.
