Main Functions

1. Signal transfer and power amplification: Small weak control signals actuate the relay coil, and high-current contacts drive heavy loads to solve insufficient current carrying capacity of main control contacts.
2. Electrical isolation of circuits: Electrically separate the low-voltage control coil circuit and high-power contact circuit to prevent high-low voltage crosstalk and damage to control units.
3. Multi-channel signal expansion: One single input signal controls multiple NO/NC contacts simultaneously to synchronously operate multiple equipment and monitoring loops.
4. Equipment interlock & status feedback: Provide action feedback and electrical interlock for switchgears, circuit breakers and protection relays to prevent misoperation via electrical interlocking logic.
5. Timing & logic matching: Matches 125VDC standard station DC power supply for sequential logic control of power system protection.

4. Application Scopes

1. Secondary control circuits of high-voltage switchgears and power substations; 125VDC is the standard DC operating power for domestic and overseas power plant & substation control panels.
2. Control interlock for vacuum circuit breakers and GIS high-voltage equipment, including opening/closing auxiliary signal feedback.
3. Supporting device for power system protection relays: Transfer tripping, reclosing and fault alarm signals, expand output contact quantity of protection devices.
4. DC control cabinets for rail transit (metro & high-speed railway traction substations).
5. Heavy-duty industrial DC electric control systems for metallurgy and mining equipment, fault alarm circuits.
6. Secondary control of energy storage and PV power station DC combiner cabinets for DC bus status monitoring and alarm signal isolation conversion.
