This module is End‑of‑Life (EOL), original new manufacturing has been discontinued. Most available units on market are used pulled‑out or refurbished tested spares.
A large number of these cards are still operating in legacy petrochemical, refinery, chemical and power plants. Failure of this card will result in loss of control for field solenoid valves and relays, so spare‑part replacement demand remains high. It is interchangeable with 51304487‑150 (MC‑PDOX02) for TDC‑3000 platform.

- I/O‑bus communication with HPM / APM processor: receive control orders from LCN network, and feed back channel status & fault information to control system.
- On‑board self‑diagnosis: detect channel short‑circuit, overload and module hardware failure. LED status indicators are equipped, fault alarms will be uploaded to DCS operator station for troubleshooting.
- Hot‑swap supported: online replacement in cabinet without interrupting other control loops, reduce plant maintenance downtime.
