Displays process mimic diagrams, real‑time process variables (pressure, temperature, flow, level), motor/valve status, and equipment state. Supports vector‑based graphics, multi‑page navigation, and multi‑language displayABB Group.
2. Operator manual control & parameter setting Touch‑screen operation for start/stop commands, valve adjustment, set‑point modification, mode switching. Operator commands are transmitted to AC800M CPU controllers for execution.
3. Alarm management & event logging Real‑time alarm display, alarm history storage, alarm acknowledgement, and event log recording. Shows fault and abnormal process events for operator analysis and troubleshootingABB Group.
4. Trend curve & data logging Real‑time and historical trend charts for analog process parameters; supports data logging for process analysis and production tracing.
5. Multi‑protocol communication Dual‑port Ethernet for connection to System 800xA / AC 800M DCS controllers. Also equipped with RS‑232, USB interfaces. Project download, firmware update and data backup via USB or Ethernet. Configured by ABB Panel Builder engineering toolABB Group.
