1.Main Functions

This is a panel‑mounted industrial local operator interface for Woodward engine, turbine and generator control systems. It communicates with master controllers via serial bus for data viewing, parameter adjustment and fault diagnosis.

1. Real‑time Operational Parameter Display High‑brightness backlit alphanumeric LCD shows critical running variables: engine speed, generator voltage, current, active/reactive power, oil pressure, coolant temperature, frequency and other process measurements. Front panel keys support local manual operation and value browsing.
2. Controller Parameter Configuration & Modification Multi‑level password authority management protects system parameters. Authorized personnel can view, tune and save control setpoints, PID parameters and protection thresholds for the paired main controller locally without laptop software.
3. Fault Monitoring, Alarm & Event Logging Receives fault status from the host controller, displays active alarm codes, stores historical fault records and trip events. Operators can retrieve failure history for on‑site troubleshooting. It reports overspeed, over‑temperature, over‑voltage and other protection trigger information.
4. Serial Communication Interface Equipped with isolated RS232 and RS485 communication ports to exchange data with Woodward main controllers, such as 2301A, 505, DSLC and other legacy governor units. It serves as local man‑machine gateway between field operators and core control hardware.
5. Harsh‑environment Hardware Performance Wide operating DC supply: 6.5‑32 VDC (12 V / 24 V battery systems compatible). Front‑face IP65 dust‑and‑water‑proof rating; wide temperature range ‑20 ℃ ~ +70 ℃; strong EMC anti‑interference capability for engine‑room and power‑house environments. Standard panel cut‑out mounting design for control cabinet installation.

2. Applications
