Start-up Fuel Limiting & Ramp Control: Limits maximum fuel during engine startup, controls acceleration and deceleration ramp rates to reduce mechanical impact and black smoke.
Fault Monitoring & Protection: Continuously monitors speed sensor failure, overspeed, under-speed and actuator abnormal status. It triggers alarm and protective interlock to reduce fuel or shut down the prime mover to prevent equipment damage.
