Recipe management & production data handling: Stores bonding parameter recipes, production count data and equipment configuration on onboard non‑volatile memory. Supports recipe loading, parameter modification, production log recording and process‑data traceability for semiconductor packaging production.
External host & HMI communication: Interfaces with equipment touch‑screen HMI and fab host computer. Receives operator commands; uploads machine status, production statistics and process alarm information to human‑machine interface and factory MES system.
Equipment fault monitoring & interlock management: Monitors hardware status of sub‑modules. Collects error signals from sensors, actuators and bonding head. Triggers safety interlock actions when abnormal conditions occur, records fault codes for maintenance troubleshooting.
System self‑diagnosis & watchdog protection: Equipped with hardware watchdog timer. Automatically resets the system upon software crash. On‑board LED indicators display power‑on status, running status and fault conditions for quick on‑site diagnosis.
