3. Parallel Operation & Load Sharing Realizes reactive‑power load sharing for multiple synchronous generators running in parallel, keeps balanced reactive‑load distribution among units.
4. Generator Condition Monitoring & Protection Monitors rotating diode health status of brushless exciters. Implements multiple protection logics: excitation over‑current, loss‑of‑excitation, over‑excitation, underexcitation, loss‑of‑synchronization alarm and trip signals.
5. Grid Synchronization Assistant Provides auxiliary logic for generator‑to‑grid synchronization, reduces manual operation difficulty for unit paralleling to utility grid.
6. Digital Communication & Local HMI Equipped with local LCD HMI for parameter setup, status reading and fault diagnosis. Supports Modbus, Ethernet, USB interfaces; compatible with ABB CMT1000 configuration tool for remote monitoring, parameter modification and firmware upgrade.
7. IGBT‑based Excitation Power Output Continuous excitation output current up to 20 A, short‑time overload capacity 40 A for 10 seconds, compact panel‑mount hardware structure.
