Main Functions
- Motor speed & torque regulation It supports both V/F control and sensorless flux vector control. It converts fixed-frequency 3-phase AC power into adjustable frequency & voltage output to continuously change the rotation speed and torque of asynchronous motors, output frequency range: 0.5–400Hz.
- Rich analog & digital I/O interface Equipped with 1 configurable analog input (0–10V / 0–20mA), 1 analog output, 4 programmable digital inputs and 1 relay output. It receives speed setpoint signals from PLC, potentiometer or sensors, and outputs running status and fault alarm signals.
- Built-in PID closed-loop control Integrated PID function for automatic constant pressure, constant flow or constant speed regulation, widely used for pump and fan energy-saving control. It supports preset multi-speed operation, JOG jogging, skip frequency to avoid mechanical resonance, DC injection braking.
- Modbus RTU communication Built-in RJ45 RS485 Modbus RTU port, supporting data exchange with PLC, HMI and upper monitoring system to realize remote parameter setting, running status reading and fault uploading.
- Comprehensive multi-layer protection & diagnostic Provide overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, overheat, input phase loss and motor thermal I²t protection. It records fault codes and alarm logs for quick troubleshooting.
- Flexible acceleration/deceleration setting Adjustable linear acceleration & deceleration ramp (0~999.9s). It reduces mechanical impact during motor start & stop, protecting mechanical transmission structures.
