Function

1. Collect 4–20mA analog signals from field transmitters.
2. Convert received analog signals into digital data and send them to the Tricon TMR controller for safety logic calculation.
3. Support wire break detection and out-of-range signal alarm for each channel.
4. Built-in channel isolation and anti-interference design to suppress field electromagnetic noise.
5. Support hot swap under qualified conditions for on-site maintenance without shutting down the whole safety system.
6. Continuously upload channel status and fault diagnostic information to the system for operator monitoring and alarm.

Main Application

1. It is an I/O module specially developed for TRICONEX Tricon SIS, ESD Emergency Shutdown System and F&G Fire & Gas System.
2. Gather process variables including temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level from field transmitters.
3. Widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, refining, coal chemical and long-distance pipeline industries.
4. Deployed in SIL-certified safety-critical plants. It delivers analog measurement data to the safety controller to execute safety interlock and process protection.
5. Installed in Tricon system rack, used together with corresponding terminal boards to realize field analog signal acquisition.
