Function

It is a UCN (Universal Control Network) I/O processor card, equipped with 16 differential analog input channels, to collect analog signals from field transmitters and sensors.
Supported input signals: 4–20mA (250Ω built-in resistor), 0.4–2V, 1–5V, 0–5V DC; compatible with 2-wire loop-powered transmitters and self-powered sensors.
Converts field analog signals into digital data via 16-bit A/D converter (14 bits effective resolution). Scan rate: 4 samples per channel per second, full 16-channel scan within 250ms.
Built-in single-pole RC low-pass filter, high common-mode rejection ratio, suppress industrial electromagnetic interference and cross-talk between channels.
Supports online hot-swap, comprehensive on-board self-diagnosis for channel fault, overvoltage and module status alarm.
Transmits converted digital process data to Honeywell HPM / APM / PM controllers over UCN control network for closed-loop control, data logging and HMI display.
Conformal coated PCB version available for humid, corrosive industrial environments.

Note: This module only receives analog input signals; it does NOT output analog control signals.
