Function

It is a dedicated temperature input board designed for Honeywell legacy DCS system, equipped with 2 independent temperature measurement channels, supporting PT100 RTD resistance temperature detectors.www.plcva.com
It converts resistance signals captured from field RTD sensors into digital temperature readings, with a measurement range of -40°C ~ +150°C and typical accuracy of ±0.5°C.
Supports 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire RTD wiring modes to reduce wire resistance error and improve temperature measurement precision.
Built-in signal conditioning circuit, noise filtering and EMC anti-interference design to suppress electromagnetic interference in heavy industrial sites.
Onboard self-diagnosis function, which can detect sensor open circuit, short circuit and module abnormal status, and send fault alarms to the DCS controller.
Transmits measured temperature data to the DCS host via RS485 Modbus RTU communication. Power supply: 12VDC ~ 24VDC.www.plcva.com
