  2. System Power Loop Monitoring & Fault Detection Continuously samples bus voltage, output current and onboard temperature. It detects overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and over-temperature conditions. Once abnormal power status is captured, it triggers power interlock, cuts off relevant branch output and sends fault alarm signals to the main system controller.plcva.com
  3. cPCI Bus Interface & Data Communication Works under CompactPCI industrial bus standard. It exchanges power status, diagnostic data and fault codes with the equipment host CPU via the cPCI backplane.   4. Digital Interlock & System Enable Control Provides hardware enable/disable signals for chamber sub-systems. It coordinates power enable logic together with safety interlock boards. When EMO or chamber interlock trips, it will shut down auxiliary power in a predefined safe sequence.
  5. Onboard Diagnostics & Status Indication Integrates self-test circuit for power-on self-diagnosis. Onboard LED indicators display power supply status and fault information for field maintenance, supporting fault logging for equipment recipe and maintenance traceability.

This cPCI plug-in power control board is a critical spare component for Applied Materials Centura and Endura semiconductor wafer processing platforms, mainly installed inside the system cPCI controller rack:

  1. Semiconductor Wafer Etch Process Systems Used on AMAT DPS series decoupled plasma source etch chambers for 200mm / 300mm silicon wafer etching. It manages the cPCI rack auxiliary power for plasma process control.www.plcva.com

  4. Maintenance Replacement Spare Part Applied for repair, refurbishment and board swap of existing AMAT Centura / Endura production tools. If this PWRS-0720 board fails, the cPCI controller rack cannot complete normal power sequencing, and the whole process chamber will fail to start.
