AS 5880-RI is a plug-in PCB circuit board for the simulation adjustment interface of the marine electric hydraulic steering gear system of Rolls-Royce Marine from the Norwegian original factory. It is powered by DC24V. The board integrates signal conditioning, operational amplification, comparison circuits, relay outputs, and terminal interfaces. It is specifically designed for the high-humidity, oil mist, and strong vibration environment of the ship’s steering gear compartment, meeting the requirements of the classification society for marine engineering. It receives the steering angle instructions from the control console and the actual steering angle feedback signals from the steering gear body, performs deviation calculation, and outputs control signals to the hydraulic servo valve drive board.
