Basic Positioning
FX3U is an industrial small-scale general-purpose controller, replacing traditional relay control cabinets. It automatically collects sensor signals through ladder diagram programs and outputs execution actions to achieve fully automatic timing, logic, and motion control of equipment.

1. Logic Control (General Basic Function)
   Collect photoelectric, proximity switches, pressure/temperature sensors, and button signals;
   Automatically control cylinders, solenoid valves, fans, water pumps, indicator lights, alarm buzzers;
   Equipment start-stop interlock, fault alarm, counting, timing, assembly line sorting, production statistics.
2. Motion Control (Unique to MT Transistor Model)
   Built-in 4-axis independent high-speed pulse output (up to 100kHz), can directly drive servo/stepper motors, to complete:
   XYZ three-axis slide table positioning, transplant loading/unloading;
   Fixed-length cutting, roll material storage and release, precise point position handling;
   Simple electronic cam, synchronous cutting, multi-axis linkage.
3. Analog Input and Process Control
   After installing an analog input expansion module, it can collect temperature, pressure, level, and voltage signals, to achieve:
   Constant temperature heating, constant pressure water supply, injection mold temperature control;
   Combined with frequency converters to achieve frequency speed regulation of fans and water pumps.
4. Communication Networking
   Support RS485, FX bus, Ethernet expansion module, can connect:
   Touch screen (human-machine interface HMI), parameter setting, equipment status monitoring;
   Network connection of frequency converters, servo, multiple PLCs;
   Upper computer, MES production line data collection and upload.
