The 140ACO13000 is a standard analog output module for Schneider Modicon Quantum PLC platform, dedicated to sending continuous regulating signals from the control system to field actuators.

Core Functions

Digital-to-Analog Conversion for Control Signals Equipped with digital-to-analog conversion circuitry, it converts digital values calculated by the PLC CPU into standard continuous industrial analog signals. It provides 4 galvanically isolated output channels, supporting both 4–20mA current and 0–10V voltage signal standards.
Drive Field Regulating Equipment The analog outputs directly operate regulating valves, variable frequency drives, proportional servo valves, temperature/pressure regulators and other actuators, enabling closed-loop continuous adjustment of process variables such as flow, pressure, temperature and rotating speed.
Channel Isolation for Anti-interference Performance All four channels are mutually isolated with 1500Vrms isolation voltage. It suppresses strong electrical interference and ground potential differences from field side, protecting the PLC backplane and preventing signal drift or false output.
Per-channel Fault Diagnosis Built-in status LEDs indicate faults including open circuit, short circuit and overload on output loops. Fault codes are transmitted to the CPU for fast troubleshooting during maintenance.
System Expansion & Installation Advantages It can be mounted on local Quantum racks or remote RIO racks paired with 140CRA93200 remote adapters for long-distance analog output control. Hot-swap function allows module replacement without system shutdown. Multiple modules can be installed together to expand the total number of analog control points.
