Product Overview

The 2711-K10C1 is an Allen‑Bradley PanelView Standard 1000 Human-Machine Interface (HMI). It is a keypad-type 10-inch color operator terminal. This legacy HMI series is obsolete and mainly supplied as spare replacement parts for existing machines.

Key Functions

Process Visualization & Monitoring Equipped with a 10-inch color TFT display. It real-timely shows equipment status, process graphics, setpoints, trend data and alarm messages. Color animated screens and status indicators enable operators to monitor plant conditions intuitively.
Operator Command & Control Features 16 fully programmable membrane function keys. Operators can execute machine commands including start/stop, screen switching, parameter modification, alarm acknowledgement and recipe recall without touchscreen operation.
Industrial Communication Built-in Remote I/O (RIO) communication interface for data exchange with Allen‑Bradley PLCs and Flex I/O stations. Integrated RS232 port supports program downloading and connection to external printers for alarm logs and production reports. An ATA memory card slot is available for program backup and restoration.
Alarm & Event Logging Receives alarm signals from the control system, displays fault notifications and stores event records to facilitate troubleshooting.

Typical Applications

Serves as local operator stations paired with legacy Rockwell controllers such as SLC500, PLC‑5 and Flex I/O systems.
