216EA62 is an analog input module for ABB ProControl P13 / Decontic control system. It acquires analog signals (4–20mA, 0–10V) from field transmitters, performs signal galvanic isolation, A/D conversion and channel fault diagnosis. It transmits process variables to DCS controllers for unit monitoring and closed-loop process regulation.
Application Scenarios:
Widely deployed in thermal power plants, combined-cycle gas power plants and hydropower stations. It serves as spare I/O component for ProControl P13 DCS systems, collecting measurement signals such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level from auxiliary equipment.
