Lossless Signal Transmission It transmits weak high-frequency RF signals of eddy current probes. Its impedance and capacitance strictly comply with factory standards to ensure linear signal transmission without attenuation, preventing distortion of shaft vibration and shaft displacement measurement data.
Distance Extension for Installation It extends the wiring distance between the probe mounted on equipment housings and proximitors inside control cabinets, solving limited installation space around bearing housings and rotary units.
Factory-matched Sealed Connectors Both ends are pre-installed with original factory sealed connectors for plug-and-play connection with 8mm 330XL probes and proximitors, featuring dust-proof and oil-proof sealing performance.
Industrial Anti-interference Protection Adopting double-layer shielding structure with oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant outer jacket, it blocks electromagnetic interference generated by motors, inverters and high-power equipment on site to avoid false monitoring alarms.
System Matching Requirement The probe, extension cable and proximitor must be matched as a complete set with consistent capacitance and impedance parameters. This cable is an essential component to guarantee measurement accuracy of the whole eddy current sensor system; cross-model cables cannot be substituted.
