It is compatible with eddy current probes, speed sensors, thermocouples and other field transmitters.
  2. Real-time Equipment Condition Monitoring & Over-limit Judgment Equipped with independent hardware monitoring circuits. Multi-level alarm thresholds (warning, danger and trip limits) for vibration, displacement, temperature and oil pressure can be configured. It continuously compares real-time data with safety setpoints and completes protection judgment independently without relying on upper computer software.
  3. Interlock Trip Output Specialized for Solar Gas Turbines When measured parameters exceed dangerous thresholds, the dry hard contacts of the board output interlock trip signals to the Solar turbine control circuit, triggering unit speed reduction or emergency shutdown to prevent severe failures such as blade damage, overspeed runaway and high-temperature deflagration.
  4. Built-in Self-diagnosis for Board and Sensors It continuously detects abnormal conditions including open/short sensor circuits, loose wiring, internal board hardware faults and signal drift. Once faults are detected, local audible & visual alarms will be activated immediately, and fault codes will be uploaded to the 2201 rack host.
  5. Data Transmission to Central Control System All real-time operation data, alarm logs and fault codes of the gas turbine are transmitted to the 2201 rack via backplane bus. The system further communicates with plant DCS, PLC and HMI screens to support remote monitoring and retrieval of historical fault records in the central control room.
  6. Optimized Firmware Tailored for Solar Turbines Bently Nevada develops customized firmware matching the unique protection and alarm logic of Solar gas turbines. Standard universal Bently Nevada boards cannot serve as direct replacements.
